I started young in the restaurant industry, rolling up my sleeves and working my way up to manager. From there, I transitioned into real estate and dedicated years to various community volunteer roles. While these fields look different on the surface, the heart of the work has always been the same—making people feel genuinely seen, valued, and cared for.

One of my favorite business books is Unreasonable Hospitality (written by the famous restaurateur, who amusingly shares a name with my brother!). That philosophy of going above and beyond to create extraordinary, warm experiences is the backbone of this shop.
